The coaching tools come packaged in a quality A4 polyurethane zipped folder making it easy to keep all items neatly together in one place. A handy calculator is integrated into the folder. Boccia Shot Types - Skills Tests A4 printed pad

A 25-page A4 pad that has been pre-printed with the 10 BISFed boccia shot types. This pad can be used as a reminder of the shot types or as a training skills test. The Excel analytic workbook supplied with the folder analyses the athletes performance on completing each boccia shot in as few attempts as possible. The result of each shot type can be recorded on the pad and entered into the analytics workbook later.
